Julie French is a native Texan with a true passion for real estate inspired by a family upbringing of real estate developers. Having grown up in Harris and Montgomery counties, Julie has a broad firsthand knowledge of the history and trends of both areas. 

Julie is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas and a member of The Lisa Gregory Group, an exceptional team comprised of award-winning agents who work together to support clients’ needs and exceed their highest expectations. 

For the past seven years (2015-2022), The Lisa Gregory Group has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as a top team in the luxury market in the Greater Houston/Galveston area. In addition, they consistently rank as #1 in production volume for Coldwell Banker in The Greater Houston/Galveston Area and also in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide (2015- 2022). In 2021 alone, the group’s sales volume exceeded $85M. 

As a residential real estate specialist, with an extensive background in client relations, Julie aims to exceed her client’s expectations. She gets to know and connects with each client, deriving satisfaction from helping them through the complicated and sometimes stressful process when buying or selling a home.
