Sean is originally from California so please don’t hold that against him. Before moving to The Woodlands with his family, the Minor family, especially his wife, had had it with the winters of Chicago and was all about a sunnier disposition in The Woodlands. Sean has over 10 years of real estate experience in various roles from investor and home renovator to Broker Associate. This unique type of experience gives him tools and insights many other real estate professionals lack. He is also a classically trained chef from the CCA in San Francisco and does a majority of the cooking for his family. Having young twin girls keeps Sean up to speed on Princesses, tea party etiquette and the newest Disney movies. When he is not busy cooking or chasing the girls around, he enjoys the occasional golf outing, bike ride or run around his Creekside Park neighborhood.
